Absolutely.

Black Sheep Apparel is proudly based in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains.

Before Black Sheep Apparel ever existed, we spent over a decade building a successful apparel business. Black Sheep isn't some overnight brand or drop-shipping experiment -it's the result of years of experience, countless lessons, and an obsession with creating something that actually means something.

Every design starts with us. Every shirt is printed, packed, and shipped by us from our Gatlinburg location. We personally handle every order that leaves our shop.

No overseas fulfillment.
No drop-shipping.
No cutting corners.

When you send us a message, you're talking directly to the owner - not a call center reading from a script.

We're a small business with big ambitions, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Do you use AI?

Yes - and we're completely transparent about it.

We use AI as a marketing tool, not a design shortcut.

Every Black Sheep Apparel design is created by us. AI simply helps us present those designs through high-quality marketing images that allow a small business to compete with brands spending millions on advertising.

What shirts do you print on?

We print primarily on Bella + Canvas 3001CVC Unisex T-Shirts.

They're incredibly soft, modern fitting, durable, and made by a company that shares our commitment to quality manufacturing.

We refuse to print our artwork on cheap, uncomfortable blanks just to save a few dollars.

If it isn't something we'd proudly wear ourselves, we won't sell it.

Can I get your designs on hoodies or other apparel?

Soon.

We're actively expanding into hoodies, long sleeves, sleeveless tanks, and more.

Will the print peel or fade?

No.

We've spent over ten years refining our production process.

Our prints use premium plastisol vintage screen-printed transfers, producing a soft, durable finish designed to withstand years of wear.

Nothing lasts forever - but your print shouldn't start falling apart after a few washes either.

We stand behind the quality of everything we produce.

How long does shipping take?

Every order is made to order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Production typically takes up to 14 business days before your order ships.

For shipping you can choose:

USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) with tracking and insurance.
USPS First Class Mail, which is more economical but not guaranteed and requires additional insurance if desired.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can only ship to the information provided.

How should I wash my shirt?

Nothing complicated.

Just follow the care instructions on the garment tag.

If you insist on ironing your T-shirts (we won't judge... much), turn the shirt inside out and use a cool iron over the printed area without applying pressure.

Otherwise?

Wash it.
Hang it.
Wear it.
Repeat.
